- "Our Song" is the title of a song from Goodnight Nurse's debut studio album, Always and Never. It was released in 2005 as the fourth single from the album. It is their strongest charting single to date, peaking at number fifteen on the RIANZ charts in New Zealand.

Songs
Our first day in the studio begins with sorting through all of the songs that we're considering, trying to whittle them down to the 10-12 we feel are strongest and that don't cover the same ground. (I think we started with around 19...) We listen to demos that we've recorded previously and read the lyrics, note the key, discuss initial ideas. It's fun but weighty-feeling work; it's intimidating.
* The acoustic guitar in the picture sounds wonderful - a dry, woody, "round" kind of sound, and I played it whenever I could. Malcolm told us later that it once belonged to Sheryl Crow.
